Emergency Communications Network (ECN) Names Troy Harper as General Manager, Public Sector

In addition, he will now be responsible for other functions such as identifying and establishing key technology and industry partnerships, managing all government pre-sales consulting and implementation services resources, identifying and pursuing merger and acquisition opportunities, pricing of new and existing government solutions, and profitability and ROI measurement for all government operations.
