RedSky Horizon® Next Gen 9-1-1 product suite added to DOD UC Approved Products List

CHICAGO, May 03, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- RedSky Technologies, Inc., the leading provider of E911 and NG911 solutions announced that its RedSky Horizon® suite of NG911 software and hardware has achieved JITC Certification and has been added to the DOD UC Approved Products List (APL). The RedSky Horizon® suite consists of all the functional elements necessary for the deployment of a complete, next generation, emergency services IP network (ESInet).  The RedSky Horizon® suite also includes NG911 gateways to connect existing DOD telephone platforms to both DOD and municipal legacy 9-1-1 networks.  This solution has been designed in anticipation of the DOD’s transition to an IP-based Unified Communications (UC) platform.
