In this role, Barghav oversees product development and research activities. He is working on engineering new products for Blue Jay, as well as the architecture for software development efforts across many projects for the company.

Prior to joining Blue Jay, he was working as a Software Developer and Software evelopment Manager. Barghav was involved in building a custom ERP solution for Qualcomm's Prototype manufacturing facility on-site, saving the company $2 million and $500K annually. He has more than 11 years of experience developing software in multiple technology stacks including .NET, Java, Web applications and Android.

In his free time, Barghav enjoys reading mystery fiction, watching cricket and movies. Originally from Mumbai, India, he considers San Diego his hometown. His background and expertise are both great assets to the company, and his work/life balance fits in perfectly with the Blue Jay way.
