Latest Innovations for Enhancing Customer Engagement and Satisfaction to Be Highlighted at 2017 PACE Show


Those attending the 2017 Professional Association for Customer Engagement (PACE) Convention and Expo this week in Tampa, Fla. will discover new ways to enhance modern customer engagement and the customer experience from iconectiv (News - Alert), an authoritative partner of the global communications industry connecting more than two billion people every day.

  • The launch of the iconectiv® Right Party Verification for Messaging, a new service for contact centers and others that helps ensure messages are delivered to the correct owner of a mobile phone who has provided previous explicit consent to receive them.   • Suresh Subramanian, Vice President, Global Industry Relations, iconectiv, will provide his insights on "The Positive Power of Regulation" as part of Compliance Officers Forum LIVE, a presentation dedicated to discussing legislative, regulatory and compliance enforcement for call centers, at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 4.
