PITTSBURGH, March 15, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Cohen & Grigsby, P.C. is pleased to announce that Roberta D. Anderson has joined the firm as a director.

Ms. Anderson's practice is concentrated on insurance recovery and emerging cybersecurity and data privacy-related issues, including security incident planning and breach response.

Ms. Anderson has established an extensive record of representing Fortune 50 companies, financial, healthcare, and educational institutions, early-stage technology companies, and other entities, in addressing a wide range of cybersecurity, data privacy, and insurance recovery matters.

A recognized national authority in insurance coverage, cybersecurity and data privacy-related issues, Ms. Anderson has extensive experience in the selection, drafting, negotiation and placement of cybersecurity and data privacy insurance, directors and officers liability insurance, professional liability insurance, and many other types of business insurance coverage. 

Prior to joining Cohen & Grigsby, Ms. Anderson was a co-founder of the cyber law and cybersecurity practice group at K&L Gates and a member of its insurance coverage practice group.

She serves as co-chair of the ABA Section of the Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee's Cyber Risk & Data Privacy Subcommittee and on the ABA's Tort and Insurance Practice Section's Cybersecurity Task Force.
