Guardian Pharmacy of Atlanta Acquires Collier's Personal Care PharmacyGuardian Pharmacy of Atlanta, a leading long-term care pharmacy and locally-owned member of the Guardian Pharmacy family, today announced the acquisition of Collier's Personal Care Pharmacy. This strategic expansion comes as Guardian Atlanta celebrates five years in business providing exceptional pharmacy services to group homes, assisted living and skilled nursing communities throughout Georgia. The acquisition increases the pharmacy's resident customer base by more than 75 percent. Hank Heller, co-founder of Colliers Pharmacy, will stay on board with Guardian Atlanta as an account management consultant. In addition, the current Collier's staff of 22 employees will join the Guardian Atlanta team, increasing its employee count by more than 55 percent. To support this new growth, Guardian Atlanta will double the size of its pharmacy, moving into a new 16,000 sq. ft. facility this spring.
