Lowenstein Sandler Adds Investment Management Partner Benjamin Kozinn


Benjamin Kozinn has joined Lowenstein Sandler LLP as a partner in the Investment Management Group. Kozinn has joined Lowenstein Sandler from Claren Road Asset Management, LLC, a large global credit-focused hedge fund formerly majority-owned by The Carlyle Group, where he served as General Counsel. Kozinn previously served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Director of Hedge Fund consulting in Deutsche Bank's prime brokerage business.
