BABY SHAREHOLDER ALERT: The Law Offices of Vincent Wong Reminds Investors of a Class Action Involving Natus Medical Incorporated and a Lead Plaintiff Deadline of March 31, 2017

The Law Offices of Vincent Wong announce that a class action lawsuit has been commenced in the USDC for the Northern District of California on behalf of investors who purchased Natus Medical Incorporated (NASDAQ:BABY) securities between October 16, 2015 and April 3, 2016.

According to the complaint, throughout the Class Period Defendants made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose material adverse facts, including that: (1) the Venezuelan government failed to make tensof millions of dollars in prepayments to Natus, which were required to have been paid beginning in October 2015; (2) Natus had no means to effectively enforce its rights under its supply contract, as Venezuela was the exclusive forum for dispute resolution; (3) Natus' receipt of revenues pursuant to the supply contract was contingent on the outcome of Venezuelan elections; and (4) as a result, Natus was not on track to achieve the increased guidance provided by Defendants, which lacked a reasonable basis.

If you suffered a loss in Natus you have until March 31, 2017 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff.
