TCI Software Introduces Rounds 2.0 Software Platform


ABERDEEN, N.C., Feb. 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- TCI Software, Inc., a provider of healthcare software programs that help hospital and clinic administrators comply with patient satisfaction, quality of care and cost reduction measures under new CMS rules, has announced the release of Rounds 2.0. The new software features an expansion of TCI's exclusive, built-in ROI Calculator™ that enables users to track the cost savings realized from reduced admissions, ER and doctor visits, and wellness program outcomes.

The clinic version of the software introduced by TCI in 2016 captures patient satisfaction scores as patients leave clinic and hospital appointments. The feedback is processed in real-time. TCI provides both the hardware and software for this application.
