IGN Entertainment and Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences Announce Live Stream PartnershipSAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 16, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- IGN Entertainment today announced it's partnering with the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences to live stream the 2017 D.I.C.E. Summit and the 20th D.I.C.E. Awards, held at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. IGN will livestream the 2017 D.I.C.E. Summit beginning Wednesday, February 22nd. Kicking off the livestream at 10:00 AM PT will be keynote speaker, Jeff Kaplan, Vice President of Blizzard Entertainment. Kaplan's talk will focus on Blizzard's massive hit Overwatch, IGN's 2016 "Game of the Year" winner. The summit will stream for two days, showcasing every panel and keynote speakers, closing with the FACEIT Quakeworld Tournament Finals, Thursday, February 23rd at 4:00 PM PT. Following the Summit, IGN will stream the 20th Annual D.I.C.E. Awards, hosted by IGN alumni, Greg Miller of Kinda Funny and Jessica Chobot of Nerdist News. The awards kick off at 7:30 PM PT, live from the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. The D.I.C.E. Awards recognize games, individuals and development teams that have contributed to the advancement of the multi-billion dollar worldwide entertainment software industry. The D.I.C.E. Awards are the most credible, respected and recognized awards for the interactive entertainment community with voting cast by members of the Academy's 33,000+ membership base.
