Global Media Federation, Golazo Media & Entertainment and YipTV announce the launch of Festiva Radio and Festiva TV, offering 20 digital radio stations and one television station.

MIAMI, Feb. 9, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The company Global Media Federation (GMF) presented its new radio, television and digital platform in Miami during the annual conference of the National Association of Television Program Executives (NAPTE); it seeks to be a reference for Latin music and entertainment, launching emerging artists into the Hispanic market in the United States, Latin America, Europe, Africa and Asia.

The president of GMF, Raul Acosta (known as the "President of Merengue" and founder of world renowned group Oro Solido) announced at NAPTE, the joint music and entertainment platform that combines radio, television and digital programs, which will promote artists as an instrument to link consumers with major sponsors interested in the Latin and American market.

"Our focus is multidisciplinary and multimedia, combining live activities with the promotion of new artists on the radio, television, and our digital platforms, while offering original entertainment content for distribution on radio and television in the Hispanic, Latin and American markets," explained Raul Acosta.

During his presentation at NAPTE, Acosta announced that his media in Spanish and English, Festiva TV and Festiva Radio, began distribution this February on 21 channels of the multi-platform YipTV, which is a new initiative of the former president of Vonage, Michael Tribolet. Bothcompanies/broadcasters are located in the state of Florida.

Acosta also explained that they have closed on agreements with the company DTV América to distribute musical content in markets with a large Hispanic presence, such as Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston, Chicago, Atlanta, and West Palm Beach. Today, Festiva TV is on the air on channel 18.3 in Miami, and globally through mobile applications.

Before television executives from 72 countries that participated in NAPTE, Acosta said that his platforms stand out because of their non-traditional focus on combining live music, streaming concerts, and social networks, introducing emerging artists at the local and international levels, just as it does with famous artists.

The radio, television and digital channels all combine current news with music genres such as Tropical, Mexicana, Ballads, Urban and Hip Hop, among others. GMF is associated with hundreds of promoters and independent media worldwide.

Acosta said that in 2017 they will be organizing weekly and quarterly concerts in New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Houston and Chicago, as well as in Mexico, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic.
