Centrify to Present at CSA Summit in San Francisco

Centrify, the leader in securing enterprise identities against cyberthreats, today announced that Centrify CEO Tom Kemp will be speaking at the Cloud Security Alliance Summit 2017: Securing the Converged Cloud, a RSA (News - Alert)-affiliated conference that is taking place on Feb. 13 in San Francisco.

Who: Tom Kemp, Chief Executive Officer, Centrify

What: Kemp's session titled, "What is the Next Dimension of Security in the Age of Access?" will focus on why enterprises need to rethink security, given the rapid introduction of new technologies, platforms and applications that bolster productivity and allow anytime, anywhere access. Traditionally, organizations have relied on a well-defined boundary to protect their assets. But now, a different security reality has setin as the border has disintegrated. Companies are experiencing breaches at an alarming rate, resulting in significant exposure for global enterprises.

Kemp will discuss how to "crack the code" on this security conundrum. He will show how adopting secure access to a boundaryless enterprise can reduce the risk of breaches along with the potentially massive cost of not taking action. He will preview a new Forrester Research (News - Alert) security study that will help attendees discover where their organization sits along a multi-level data breach maturity model profile. Attendees will also understand the key steps they can take to mature their security profile, and the solutions that will enable advancement - limiting risk, reducing breaches and accelerating the introduction of new products and services.

When: Monday, Feb. 13, 2017 from 10:40 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. PST.

Where: San Francisco Marriott Marquis - Yerba Buena 5, 780 Mission St., San Francisco, CA (News - Alert) 94103
