JENSEN HUGHES Announces Leadership ChangesJENSEN HUGHES announces the retirement of three key leaders and the addition of two new strategic hires. Martin 'Mickey' Reiss announced his retirement effective December 30, 2016. Mr. Reiss served as the President of International Operations and led operations for 12+ offices throughout Asia, Europe and the Middle East. Mickey will continue to actively serve the company as Advisor to the CEO, Paul Orzeske. During Mickey's 50-year career, he founded, managed and served as President or Chairman of companies, which he either owned or operated for others. Prior to the merger of Rolf Jensen & Associates, Inc. and Hughes (News - Alert) Associates, Inc. in 2014, his experience included CEO/President of The Gamewell Corporation and CEO/President of Rolf Jensen & Associates, Inc. Dave Boswell announced his retirement as of December 30, 2016. Mr. Boswell served as President of North American Operations and led operations for 50+ offices throughout the United States and Canada. Dave will continue to actively serve the company as an Advisor to the CEO, Paul Orzeske. During Dave's 31-year career, he served in numerous leadership positions including CEO/President and Vice President of Western Operations with Hughes Associates, Inc., prior to the merger with Rolf Jensen & Associates, Inc. (RJA). He has represented the industry on several technical committees and published technical articles and papers on a variety of fire protection and life safety topics throughout his career. George Toth announced his retirement effective Februry 28, 2017. Mr. Toth served as the Chief Marketing Officer, leading the corporate marketing and sales operations. During George's 44-year career, he held several leadership positions, beginning with serving as a Branch Manager for Pyrotronics, a leading manufacturer of fire alarm and suppression systems. Later, he joined Rolf Jensen & Associates, Inc. (RJA) and served in numerous management roles with RJA over the years including leading firm's marketing, business development and operations functions and named President of RJA in 2013. He has served in various leadership positions with Honeywell Business Solutions, GE Consumer Finance Americas, MicroWarehouse, and the U.S. Navy throughout his career. Mr. Raj Arora, PE is joining JENSEN HUGHES in early February 2017 as their new President, Strategy and Business Development. Raj has 17 years serving in leadership roles that span all sides of the fire and security systems value chain. Prior to joining JENSEN HUGHES, Mr. Arora served as VP/GM for Tyco's Fire Detection and Special Hazard product businesses. He has also served in leadership roles with ADT Security Services and Arora Engineers, Inc.
