"We are confident in K.C.'s abilities to lead our new offering, which will fill the gaps in current customer relationship management (CRM) systems for dealers. Most of today's CRM solutions focus on pre-sale versus post-sale efforts," says ChannelNet CEO and founder Paula Tompkins. "Our unique solution will help dealers increase their profitability and loyalty as well as provide low-cost leads from existingcustomers."

Scheduled to launch in the second quarter of 2017, the solution will be a personal gateway for vehicle owners that provides timely and relevant information about all aspects of their vehicles. Built with ChannelNet's patented technology, it will be a subscription model.

An automotive veteran, Loughlin's career spans 30 years of dealer experience, including parts, service, F&I and used car inventory management. He has been president and general manager of multiple dealerships. Previously, he was the director of sales for DealerSocket, an inventory management solution. Prior to DealerSocket, Loughlin worked for DealerTrack where he led sales for DealerTrack's finance and insurance solutions.

Based on 2016 year-to-date sales, three of the top five global automotive OEMs and/or their global finance arms already employ ChannelNet to support their dealer networks. ChannelNet's automotive customers include Ally Auto, Audi Financial Services, BMW Financial Services, Fiserv, Hyundai Motor Company, Kia Motor Finance, RouteOne, Volkswagen and Southeast Toyota Financial Services.

Currently, the company supports over 7,500 dealers with customer acquisition and retention programs. In 2016, ChannelNet was responsible for over 42 million vehicle owner interactions.
