TeleSign Co-Founder Ryan Disraeli Named to Forbes 30 Under 30 List

TeleSign today announced co-founder Ryan Disraeli has been named to the 2017 Forbes 30 Under 30 Enterprise Technology list. The annual list highlights the top young innovators, entrepreneurs and leaders who are challenging the conventional wisdom and rewriting the rules for the next generation.

Disraeli co-founded TeleSign in 2005 and was instrumental in pioneering mobile phone-based two-factor authentication, a security service that today protects billions of online accounts around the world. Building upon this innovation, TeleSign's platform has expanded to combine real-time data and analytics, phone verification, two-factor authentication and other types of programmable communications for 20 of the 25 largest internet brands, and four of the top five technology brands globally.

"It's an honor to be named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list alongside the country's top young innovators," said Disraeli. "I'm passionate about the work we do at TeleSign protecting billions of end-users from fraud and this recognition from my peers helps bring attention to our mission."

Since its founding in 2005, Disraeli has helped TeleSign raise $78 Million in funding and grow to annual revenues f more than $100 Million and nearly 300 employees across the globe.

"Over six years, the Forbes 30 Under 30 list has emerged as the way that the world discovers the next generation of entrepreneurs and game-changers. These are the people that will run every field for the next 50 years," says Randall Lane, Editor of Forbes Magazine.

Additional honorees of this year's list include high-profile athletes like Odell Beckham Jr, Simone Biles and Von Miller, actors such as Margot Robbie and Evan Rachel Wood, musicians like G-Eazy and The Chainsmokers, fashion icons like Kylie Jenner, and executives from leading tech companies including IBM, Slack, Dropbox, LinkedIn and SpaceX (News - Alert). In all, 600 honorees were vetted by a panel of judges in their respective fields and chosen from more than 15,000 submissions, equaling a mere four percent acceptance rate.
