Before joining ESI, Gary served as Senior Vice President of Leidos, leading their National Intelligence Solutions Operation. Gary has a Master's of Science in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's of Science Degree from the University of Maryland College Park.
