Award-winning Colorado Website Promotes Phillips County Economic DevelopmentA new, award-winning website for Phillips County Economic Development gives citizens and businesses access to information and services for one of the most productive farming and ranching regions in our country. Launched in the fall of 2016, the robust content, service access, social media integration, and usability earned the website a Silver Davey Award from the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts for its outstanding home page.
