The Industrial Internet Consortium Hosts Smart Factory Forum


The Industrial Internet Consortium® (IIC), the global, member-supported organization that promotes the accelerated growth of the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), will host the Smart Factory Forum, a public forum to discuss challenges and best practices for implementing IIoT solutions within smart factories.

The forum will feature keynote speakers from Bosch, Nestlé, Boeing (News - Alert) and General Mills who will share how they are using the industrial Internet for manufacturing solutions within their own organizations. There will also be a one-hour panel session discussing how to apply the IIC's Industrial Internet Security Framework to the unique security challenges in smart factories.
