"His leadership and industry expertise will allow Benu to continue to provide innovative and virtual solutions for Operators."

Benu's platform, he Virtual Service Edge (VSE) enables fixed/mobile operators to become highly competitive managed service providers. The VSE is a virtualized and open platform that creates a more agile and service aware IP network with the scale and economics of cloud, but with the control of a bespoke platform. Operators can now create unique service offerings that can be launched in weeks, not months or years, and be scaled up or down based on demand, or dynamically modified.

"I am excited to join Benu Networks and look forward to the opportunity to broaden our customer base with innovative virtualized technology," said Lillelund. "Operators are in an innovation cycle to transform their infrastructure to be a service delivery network. The Benu VSE is solving this problem today for our customers."
