AVX Corporation Declares Increased Dividend

The Board of Directors of AVX (News - Alert) Corporation (NYSE: AVX) recently declared an increased dividend of $0.11 per common share for the quarter ended September 30, 2016.

This represents a $0.44 annual dividend rate, and a 4.8% increase over the previous dividnd rate.

The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record on November 7, 2016 and will be disbursed on November 18, 2016.
