At present, he is an independent director on the board of Zensar Technologies Inc. and an Operating Partner with Chrys Capital. In his prior operating role, he was CEO and board member for Aricent Inc, a design and engineering company headquartered in New Jersey. Sudip has a Bachelor's Degree in Physics with Honours from Indian Institute of Technology, Khaagpur and an additional Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Technology and Electronics from the Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore. He also holds a PGDBM from the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad.
