The Compact, aimed at proposed new investments to help young people secure year round and summer employment, is vital to insulating against unemployment and underemployment for youth aged 16 to 24.

The #FirstJob Compact represents a commitment from businesses and corporations across the country to implement best practices in the areas of recruitment, hiring, and the support and creation of jobs for out-of-work and out-of-school youth.

As a founding member company of the #FirstJob Compact, Enlightened is dedicated to hiring 75 Opportunity Youth over the next 3 years.
