Digi International Hires Michael Ueland to Lead Global Sales


Telit Regional President Joins Digi International

MINNETONKA, Minnesota, Oct. 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Digi International®, (NASDAQ: DGII, www.digi.com), a leading global provider of machine-to-machine (M2M) and Internet of Things (IoT) connectivity products and services, today announced that Michael Ueland has been appointed senior vice president of global sales effective October 26, 2016.

Kevin C. Riley, Digi's chief operating officer stated, "Mike's decision to join our company is a testament to the growth opportunity for Digi International. Mr. Ueland will manage all global sales functions with the exception of Digi Cold Chain Solutions and will report to Riley.



Previously, Mr. Ueland served as president, Telit Americas, Telit Wireless Solutions. During the course of his career Mr. Ueland has held multiple leadership positions with Telit, Motorola and RAMAR Technology. Mr. Ueland is a graduate of Kenyon College with a Bachelor of Arts and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Marketing and Finance from the University of Chicago.
