Huawei Launches Industry-Leading Category 12 CPE Solution for the U.S. Market at WISPAPALOOZA 2016

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 10, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Huawei today announced at WISPAPALOOZA 2016 the industry's first and fastest 2.5 GHz/3.5GHz Category 12 CPE solution, which is now commercially available in the United States.

Huawei's Cat 12 CPE solution is the industry's first CPE capable of simultaneously supporting 4x4 MIMO and 2CC Carrier Aggregation technologies, and achieving downlink throughput up to 440Mbps. This first-to-market Cat 12 CPE works together with Huawei's TD-LTE base stations to offer a robust wireless solution and is offered in both indoor and outdoor configurations.

This CPE supports both 2.5 GHz and 3.5 GHz. Huawei is also launching additional advanced LTE technologies, including downlink 8x8 MIMO, 4-carrier aggregation and 256QAM (quadrature amplitude modulation) in the near future. These new technologies significantly increase spectrum efficiency and provide peak connecting rates of up to 1 Gbps.

Huawei's products and solutions will be eatured at booth (#306) at this year's WISPAPALOOZA, Oct. 11-13 at The Rio All Suites Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Experts from Huawei will also be on hand to demonstrate an array of solutions.
