Excella Adds Business Development Expert Sean DuGuay to Federal Leadership Team


ARLINGTON, Va., Sept. 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Excella Consulting, a leading provider of Agile software development services to government agencies, commercial organizations and non-profits, announced today that Sean DuGuay will join the firm as its Federal Business Development Director.

DuGuay will lead business development for Excella's growing federal division, including leading strategic opportunities in the defense, civilian and healthcare markets.
