Last year, U.K.-based BCS Global Networks merged with U.S.-based Video Guidance and rebranded its name as Pinnaca, building on the global synergy and experience of both companies. The combination of the two visionary firms offers worldwide, managed and cloud-based conferencing that addresses the industry's most glaring needs, while allowing a comprehensive scale for growth that extends to all corners of a multinational indusry...including Canada.

"We see a tremendous opportunity for continued growth in Canada," said Michael Werch, Pinnaca's president of North America. "Now, we are set to aggressively extend our geographic reach, while bringing new, ever-changing technologies to a worldwide marketplace."

To accelerate the Canadian initiative, Pinnaca has hired Graham Moore as regional account manager to oversee the company's visual communications and managed services initiatives beginning in the Toronto area.

Pinnaca is highly regarded for its managed and cloud-based conferencing solutions, and for its one-of-a-kind user adoption program, making visual collaboration an easy-to-use business productivity tool for any enterprise.

"Today's technologies have brought unimaginable changes to our way of life, and the number of communication options available on virtually any kind of device is growing exponentially," said Werch. "Video conferencing has revolutionized the way people connect and as a result, businesses and organizations are making visual communications a strategic priority. Our recent merger strengthens our North America marketing footprint and positions Pinnaca's dedicated worldwide video network to continue to grow our managed and cloud-service offerings."

Moore, who earned his B.A. from York University in Toronto, comes to Pinnaca with more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the information and communications technology field in the Toronto area. Most recently he served as unified communication sales specialist with Toronto-based Allstream, where he managed visual communication and collaboration services in the enterprise, healthcare and public sectors.
