WINNIPEG, Aug. 26, 2016 /CNW/ - Representatives from Bell and MTS will be joined by The Honourable Cliff Cullen, Minister of Growth, Enterprise and Trade, to announce plans to improve telecommunications services for Churchill residents and businesses, including the region's growing tourism industry.
