Keystone Aniline Corporation acquires Colour Synthesis Solutions of the UK


CHICAGO, Aug. 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Keystone Aniline Corporation, a leader in the global industrial colorant marketplace, announces the acquisition of Colour Synthesis Solutions Limited (CSS) of Manchester, UK.

Effective immediately, the CSS business will be integrated into the operations of Keystone Europe based in Huddersfield, UK, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keystone Aniline Corporation.  Colour Synthesis Solutions will remain in Manchester and retain its own corporate name and brand.
