CHARLESTON, S.C., Aug. 23, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Benefitfocus (NASDAQ: BNFT), a leading provider of cloud-based benefits management software, today announced the release of its Open Enrollment Power Pack and State of Employee Benefits microsite. These industry resources provide HR and benefits professionals the tools and data they need to help improve benefits plan design and increase employee engagement. Through access to communication templates and industry data, HR leaders will gain a better understanding of what benefits employees are adopting and, once plan design is in place, how to communicate it for optimum participation.
