Formstack was also chosen as one of the Indianapolis Business Journal's 2016 Fast 25, an annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in Indianapolis. Additionally, Ashley Walsh, director of marketing at Formstack, was selected as one of the 2016 TechPoint Tech 25, an award that honors Indiana's tech product and company builders.

"Our organization has experienced a continual and steady rise in both our workforce and revenue in recent years. Just last year we announced a 102 percent jump in our workforce and a 50 percent increase in our year-over-year revenue growth," said Chris Byers, CEO of Formstack. "We're excited to be included on the Inc. 5000 list among other fast-growing private companies in the nation-in addition to the recognition we recently received as one of IBJ's Fast 25. Our continued success lies largely in the hands of our Talent Team, who helps ensure we're recruiting and retaining the best employees for our innovative and hard-working culture."

As a result of consistent growth and a developed culture that breeds hard work and innovation, Formstack continues to hire talent to grow the company internally. Matt Taylor has joined the team as the VP of product, where he will lead the Product Team to enhance and scale Formstack's online forms solutions.

"Formstack is a hidden gem based in Indianapolis that is successfully leveraging a distributed workforce, a pure SaaS product and an impressive attention to detail around serving and adding value for customers," Taylor said. "I was really attracted to this company for its people and their focus on the hiring and onboarding process, as well as the amazing culture they have built and nurtured on an ongoing basis."

Prior to joining Formstack, Taylor was the VP of development at yikes, where he architected an IoT platform leveraging cloud, mobile and device networking within the organization. Before yikes, Taylor spent 17 years at Interactive Intelligence as a visionary and leader who brought to market a real-time speech analytics product; led the growth of an outbound dialing platform, which accounted for 25 percent of product revenue; and was named on two patents for technological innovation.
