Wolters Kluwer is Trusted Provider of Drug Information for Top-ranked USNWR's Best Children's Hospitals 2016-2017

The Health division of Wolters Kluwer, a leading global provider of information and point of care solutions for the healthcare industry, is proud to provide vital drug information solutions to 97% of the Honor Roll Best Children's Hospitals and the top 25 Best Hospitals for Pediatric Neonatology 2016-2017, as ranked by U.S. News & World Report (USNWR). The Clinical Drug Information unit of Wolters Kluwer supports safe medication practices and helps reduce drug-related errors at these eminent hospitals by connecting professionals to evidence-based and fully referenced pediatric- and neonatal-specific content, including dosing, precautions and alerts, preparations, pediatric considerations, and clinical practice guidelines.

USNWR determines its rankings from data collected through a clinical survey sent to 183 hospitals and a reputational survey sent to pediatric specialists. Among the criteria evaluated to select Honor Roll hospitals were: quality of nursing staff, infection prevention, maximizing positive clinical outcomes, coordination of care, and other specific criteria related to 10 specialties. Clinical Drug Information solutions are the choice of nearly all of this year's 11 Honor Roll children's hospitals and the top 25 of its 50 Honor Roll neonatology specialty departments.

Clinical Drug Information provides most of the highest ranked Honor Roll pediatric programs with industry-leading solutions to help them reduce medication errors and enhance the quality of care:
