OneSource Virtual Appoints Veteran Executive Trey Campbell to Take Over as President and Chief Operating Officer, Names Wesley Bryan to New Role as Chief Product and Technology Officer

OneSource (News - Alert) Virtual (OSV), a leading Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) and professional services provider, today announced that Wesley Bryan, co-founder of OSV, will be moving to chief product and technology officer, while transitioning his responsibilities of president and COO to Trey Campbell.

Wesley Bryan successfully led OneSource Virtual as president and COO through key strategic initiatives and nearly eight years of hyper-growth activity. Bryan has held numerous leadership roles in the ERP-HR Systems and IT groups at Cingular (News - Alert) Wireless, and held IT and sales roles with INspire Insurance Solutions (currently CGI) and Xerox Corporation. In addition, Bryan served in the United States Army for more than 17 years, achieving the rank of major and completing a 12-month tour during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Bryan's numerous contributions include creating OSV's business delivery model, the development of key markets and positioning in the BPaaS industry, and the company's international expansion beginning with a service center in Derry, Northern Ireland and sales office in London, England. In addition, Bryan was instrumental in invigorating growth as a key figure in securing series A, B, and C investment funding in prior years. In his new role, Bryan will be responsible for refining service delivery capabilities by adding new services and cloud-based technologies to better serve OSV's customers. He will report to Brian Williams, chief executive officer.

"Wes is a leader with incredible integrity and passion. We're fortunate for the path he created and he served OSV tremendously as president and COO," said Brian Williams (News - Alert), CEO of OneSource Virtual. "In his new role, we know he will continue to exploit every opportunity in technology and the cloud, and his experience and enthusiasm will continue to strengthen our brand, our service delivery and our future."

"By dividing up my currnt responsibilities, I will now be able to focus on evolving and expanding our solutions, giving Trey the ability to focus on execution of the business. It's the ideal opportunity to continue creating a positive impact through my passion for building service delivery platforms and the most efficient processes enabled by exceptional cloud technologies," said Bryan. "We'll continue our track record of creating outstanding customer experiences through innovative solutions and driving a higher return on investment."

Concurrent with Bryan's transition, Trey Campbell takes over as OSV's president and chief operating officer. Campbell served on OSV's advisory board and is a veteran services and technology executive with more than 30 years of sales, operations, technology and management experience. His early career began at AT&T (News - Alert) before moving into outsourcing in the mid-1990s. During that time, Campbell worked with top-tier service providers including Exult, AonHewitt, Accenture (News - Alert) and NorthgateArinsio where he served in positions ranging from head of North American sales to president and CEO. Most recently, Campbell served as a business advisory and operational consultant to high-growth businesses.

At each position, Campbell was instrumental in driving topline growth, expanding market share and improving execution. As president and chief operating officer for OSV, Campbell will be responsible for ensuring OSV's execution of current BPaaS services, as well as expanding global capabilities that drive quality optimization and outsourcing efficiency. He will report to Brian Williams, chief executive officer.

"Trey has an impressive list of accomplishments and, over the last several years, continued that track record of successful strategic and operational direction," said Brian Williams. "We are pleased to bring a proven and trusted leader onboard the OSV executive team. His wealth of experience and reputation for building strong teams will be a valuable asset as we continue to grow and expand our operations into international markets."

"I am excited to take on this role and look forward to collaborating with the talented leadership, committed team and dynamic partners at OSV," said Campbell.
