e-Builder Named to Constructech Magazine's Annual "Constructech 50" List

e-Builder, the leading cloud-based construction program management solution for capital projects, announced today that it earned a spot on Constructech Magazine's 2016 Constructech 50 list. This is the eighth consecutive year the company has been featured on the list, which recognizes the most influential construction technology providers.

Winners were selected by the publication's editorial team, which judged companies on a variety of factors including the strength of its product offerings, ongoing customer satisfaction and growth, and outreach and educational efforts to better the industry. In particular, e-Builder was recognized for its M&A- and product-related achievements.

A key milestone contributing to e-Builder's recognition this year, in the summer of 2015 the company acquired Scenario Virtual Project Deliver (VDP), a leader in collaborative Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology for construction. This enabled e-Builder to create an innovative SaaS (News - Alert)-based BIM offering that integrates with e-Builder Enterprise through cloud technology. During the Spring BIMForum in Minneapolis, it officially unveiled its offering, which facilitates building owners' ability to collaborate seamlessly with their construction project teams through the management of digital building representations.

"It is encuraging to see how e-Builder has gone from acquiring a company to building a new product in a year's time," said Peggy Smedley, editorial director, Constructech magazine. "The company has its eyes on BIM for project owners, which is the next evolution of technology in construction."

"We constantly work to ensure our existing products meet the needs and standards of today's top-performing owners and aim to anticipate their needs to provide the tools they will require tomorrow," said Ron Antevy, President and CEO, e-Builder. "Earning a spot on the Constructech 50 list this year acknowledges our impact on the construction industry through developments like e-Builder BIM, and we're eager to continue innovating with our customers for the benefit of our industry."

Inclusion on the Constructech 50 list is just the latest of many accolades. Recently, e-Builder won the 2016 SIIA CODiE Award for "Best Real Estate or Construction Management Solution" and received the Technology Leaders of the Year Award from the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.
