Expands Services Capability by Hiring Industry Veteran Daniel BankertCalgary Scientific Inc., a company known for providing innovative technology that drastically reduces time to view enterprise data in the medical industry and beyond, announced the company's growth plans include investing in their services offering and has hired Daniel Bankert as Vice President, Services to build a world class services organization. In this position, Mr. Bankert leads all pre and post sales service teams including Support, Professional Services, Consulting Services and Training Services. As an experienced technology executive, Daniel has been focused on delivering the highest quality service through every stage of the customer lifecycle over his 30 year career. He has held leadership and technical roles at EMC, PeopleSoft, Lockheed Martin, NetSuite (News - Alert), and Nortel Networks. During his early career in accounting, he was controller for a mid-size consulting company, where he established his approach to measuring Services productivity and performance, now a key to maximizing the ROI that Services provides to customers and partners. He is a founding member of the Service Revenue Generation and Managed Service dsciplines at the Technology Services Industry Association.
