UK Competition and Markets Authority Unconditionally Clears Motorola Solutions' Acquisition of Airwave

Today the United Kingdom's Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has unconditionally cleared Motorola (News - Alert) Solutions' acquisition of Airwave. The announcement by the CMA concludes its investigation.

Motorola Solutions completed its acquisition of Airwave, the largest private operator of a public safety network in the world, on Feb. 19, 2016.
