Sunroc and Geneva Rock Increase ePresentment and ePayment with Billtrust's Payment Cycle Management

Before implementing Billtrust's Payment Cycle Management solutions, both Sunroc and Geneva Rock printed invoices in-house and sent them to customers on a weekly basis. The two divisions needed a way to organize customer invoices without the hassle of tracking down paper bills.

Sunroc provides quality construction services specializing in earthwork, underground utilities, site work and specialty projects. Sunroc also supplies ready-mix concrete, asphalt, sand and gravel as well as masonry products. Geneva Rock is the top supplier in Utah of ready mixed concrete, sand and gravel, and asphalt, as well as provides expert capabilities in construction, handling, excavating, and asphalt paving. Both are divisions of the Utah-based Clyde Companies, and both needed to speed up their invoice-to-cash process.

As the two divisions worked with Blltrust's electronic adoption team, the number of electronic invoices presented increased dramatically. Sunroc has seen ePresentment increase from 50% to 64%, while Geneva Rock ePresentment has grown from 57% to 72%. The two divisions have also seen an increase in ePayment. This includes numbers increasing from 1% to 10% for Geneva Rock and 1% to 18% for Sunroc. These results have helped the two divisions realize savings and increase cash flow.
