Composition of Contegix's Advisory Board: Mike Castellano, CEO at Esse Health, has a decade of experience in the rapidly changing health care market leading one of St. Louis' largest independent primary are physician groups. He has previously served as CEO of Evans & Dixon, LLC and held financial positions at UniGroup Inc., Nooney Co. and Emerson (News - Alert) Electric. Senior Vice President and CIO at Schnuck Markets, Inc., Bob Hardester brings over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology field. Bob has held IT positions at Express Scripts, Furniture Brands International, GE Commercial Distribution Finance and Deutsche Bank. Gina Hoagland, chairman and principal of Collaborative Strategies, has led management consulting engagements for over 500 organizations. She has an extensive background as lead facilitator, board member and advisor for a dozen boards, including Eagle Brands, Graybar (News - Alert) Electric and Duke Manufacturing. Charlotte Martin is a seasoned senior executive as former President and COO of Gateway EDI, a $100 million healthcare technology company, earning fastest growing private company three times in St. Louis. Charlotte has advised numerous private companies, including board positions at Abel Oil and InMediata. Dean VandeKamp, currently executive advisor of cybersecurity and compliance at Contegix, spent more than 27 years with Ernst and Young, where he retired as a partner. He meets the requirements for an audit committee financial expert and is a National Association of Corporate Directors Governance Fellow.
