In addition to workshops designed to give exposure to tech, the overall model of GLAM focuses on builing the confidence and skill set to empower future leaders that will create and lead companies. Among the women gathered to speak and mentor is Sanyin Siang, Executive Director of Coach K. "There are so many societal views about women, and that's why I decided to be part of this initiative.
