Four Industry Leaders Join Alliant Technologies To Redefine The Information Technology Customer Experience

As Service Operations Executives (SOE), these leaders serve as advocates and strategic partners to Alliant's customers. Each will enable impactful, targeted business outcomes and empower portfolios of Alliant customers to ensure their global infrastructure is reliable and agile; attributes the company promises to deliver.  This provides clients the freedom to focus on data and applications that drive strategic growth. This role reinforces the company's "we've got this" commitment by representing customer needs in a way no IT vendor has ever done before.

Jessica Carroll brings visionary industry expertise for changing the IT customer experience and driving digital transformation. Carroll is a Fellow at the Institute for Digital Transformation and a recipient of the Computer World Premier 100 IT Leader Award. Carroll brings her 20 years' experience in technology leadership roles, including her most recent position as Managing Director for Information Technologies for the United States Golf Association.

As cyber security threats continue to increase at an alarming rate, Dee Thompson works with customers to fortify their IT infrastructure and operations with his extensive expertise in network security and IT operations. Thompson served as Chief Information Security Officer for the U.S. Treasuryand Chief of the Infrastructure & Operations Division for Department of Counterintelligence Field Activity (CIFA) where he received the Exceptional Civilian Service Award.



Former CIO for Alfred Dunner, Bill Gwinnell brings business and technology leadership experience in retail and manufacturing, offering a customer perspective on IT operations. He led major IT and business transformation initiatives at several global retail organizations, including Polo Ralph Lauren and Liz Claiborne.

Dan Cirelli is driven to simplify today's bloated and inefficient IT industry. Cirelli brings more than a decade of experience with Alliant; he was a critical force in the development of its IT Infrastructure utility strategy.
