Login VSI Extends VDI Portfolio with New Virtual Workspace Management Solutions by Adding Login AM and Citrix Published Apps Support


Citrix (News - Alert) Synergy 2016-- Login VSI today announced an expansion of its workspace management product portfolio by adding Login AM, automation software for deploying and managing dynamic Windows infrastructures, and by adding support of Citrix published applications. The new Login VSI software suite provides IT managers with greater automation in assessing, configuring and rolling out small to large-scale VDI projects, optimizing infrastructure performance.

By adding Login AM (formerly known as Automation Machine) to its product portfolio, Login VSI is introducing a new software capability that automates the deployment and management of Windows infrastructures on-premises and in the cloud. Support for Citrix Published Applications

Login VSI now supports Citrix Published Applications out-of-the-box, with the industry standard Login VSI testing software. In the past, this was a custom configuration delivered through professional services and now it is available to all, avoiding time-consuming customization and additional expenses. With this new feature, it is now possible to test server-based computing for applications without having to rely on hosted desktops to present the applications to the Login VSI test framework. By offering Citrix Published Applications to its existing support of VMware App Volumes and Microsoft (News - Alert) App-V, Login VSI delivers a seamless, convenient user experience within the existing VDI lifecycle with no required workload modification.


Availability

The new Login VSI product suite is available immediately through the company and its network of resellers, systems integrators and service providers. The Login VSI suite consists of:

  • Login AM - automated deployment and management for workspaces
  • Login PI - centralized performance monitoring for VDI and SBC with new multi-domain support
