Agaia Inc. Appoints Bob Lee As New CFO

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., May 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- /Agaia Home Brands, Inc./ -- Agaia, Inc. is excited to announce that Bob Lee has joined its leadership team as the company's Chief Financial Officer, effective April 1, 2016. Bob brings more than 35 years of experience in finance and business management administration overseeing both start-up and mature operations in small, privately owned enterprises to Fortune 500 companies.

With more than 10 years as a chief financial officer and experience in retail and wholesale distribution channels and OEM marketing in a variety of industries that includes consumer products, manufacturing, agriculture and financial services, Lee brings a broad understanding of both domestic and international markets to his new position. With an appreciation for the complexity of cultural differences and foreign markets, Lee has an especially keen business acumen for the Latin American market, having dealt with businesses in this region for more than 20 years.

Most recently, Lee served as the VP Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Phoenix Packaging Group, a privately held organization sharing ownership with One Equity Partners, a private investment arm of J. P. Morgan Chase & Co. Previously, he served as the Financial Emerging Markets Worldwide Controller, Andean Head Trader, and VP Finance and CFO of Cargill de Venezuela, a subsidiar of Cargill Inc. Moving on to Newell Rubbermaid, an Atlanta based NYSE and Fortune 500 multi-national manufacturer of consumer products, Lee held the positions of Vice President Finance and Latin America Chief Financial Officer before being promoted to VP and General Manager of its Latin America Region Writing Instruments Business Unit.
