CIOs Focus on Transforming the User Experience


KNOWLEDGE16 - ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW), the enterprise cloud company, announced that it is hosting CIO Decisions16®, an invitation-only event for CIOs in connection with its Knowledge16® conference in Las Vegas. The sixth annual event brings together CIOs who are transforming the service experience throughout the enterprise.

Attendees will hear from their peers as well as industry experts about leading change, delivering modern user experiences and transforming service. The event will be hosted by ServiceNow CIO Chris Bedi, a two-time ServiceNow customer when he was CIO at Verisign and JDSU (News - Alert). CIO Decisions16 will feature inspirational speakers including the following:

  • Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) CIO Rich Pierle and Cox (News - Alert) Automotive Global CIO Ed Smith will share their experiences and best practices to successfully accelerate enterprise velocity.
  • Symantec (News - Alert) CIO Shelia Jordan will discuss practical service transformation strategies in the midst of constant change.
