Arrayent Execs Discuss IoT Impact on Commerce and Customer Experience at Upcoming Shoptalk and Connections Industry Conferences

Arrayent CEO Cyril Brignone and Vice President of Engineering William Oget will share their vision of the Internet of Things (IoT) on next generation commerce and the future of customer experience at two upcoming industry conferences. Arrayent is the IoT platform company that helps the world's most trusted brands deliver connected products.

Brignone will address the future of retail in an IoT world of connected products on May 16 in Las Vegas at Shoptalk. "We are headed towards a world where the natural means for purchasing consumables and services is for them to be ordered from connected devices," said Brignone. "The companies that create those IoT ecosystems will irrevocably change brick and mortar and online retail."

Shoptalk is the premier event for commerce innovators who are reshaping how consumers discover, shop and buy any product, service or experience.

Oget is a featured speaker in the IoT session on 'Protecting the Consumer Experience' at CONNECTIONS: The Premier Digital Home Conference by Parks Associates on May 24 at the Hyatt in Burlingame, CA. "With IoT we have the opportunity to re-architect user experiences, inventing entirely new ways to improve customer service while building brand value," noted Oget.
