Zoho Expense Works With QuickBooks OnlineZoho (News - Alert) today announced that its expense reporting software, Zoho Expense, integrates with QuickBooks Online, the online version of Intuit's popular accounting software for small businesses. Now, the two applications work together and share data to help businesses simplify reporting and accounting of employees' business and travel expenses. The move lets finance professionals get their jobs done faster, with fewer keystrokes and fewer errors. Zoho Expense + QuickBooks Online Highlights Avoid rekeying data - Expenses recorded and approved in Zoho Expense show up as bills in QuickBooks Online - no need to rekey data. Track reimbursable amount - Users can easily record money advanced to employees, employees' recorded expenses, and outstanding amounts that need to be reimbursed. Easily re-bill customers - Expenses that can be re-billed to customers can be tracked separately. Customers can be invoiced for those expenses from QuickBooks Online. Flexibility and control - Users have complete control over how expenses recorded in Zoho Expense show up in QuickBooks Online. Users can control the mappings at the field level. Data moves both ways - To make things easier, expense accounts in QuickBooks Online's chart of accounts are mapped as expense categories in Zoho Expense. Similarly, the employees in the QuickBook Online account can be quickly mapped into the Zoho Expense account.
