NexJ Announces Election of Directors


TORONTO, May 6, 2016 /CNW/ - NexJ Systems Inc. (TSX: NXJ), a provider of enterprise customer management solutions to the financial services industry, today announced in accordance with the Toronto Stock Exchange Company Manual, that the nominees listed in its Management Information Circular dated April 11, 2016 were elected as its Directors.  The directors were unanimously elected by show of hands at the Company's Annual General Meeting.

9,969,319 common shares were represented at the meeting, including 9,965,149 common shares represented by way of proxy and 4,170 common shares in person.
