Syringa Networks Earns MEF Carrier Ethernet 2.0 Certification

BOISE, Idaho, May 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Syringa Networks, a regional provider of custom network solutions, announced today that it has achieved the Metro Ethernet Forum's (MEF) rigorous Carrier Ethernet 2.0 (CE 2.0) certification. MEF CE 2.0 certification is recognition of Syringa Networks' ability to deliver today's most advanced Ethernet services.

Syringa Networks maintains its fiber optic network throughout the Northwest with nationwide interconnects that allow the company to provide advanced connectivity to enterprise businesses, health care agencies, educational institutions, and government organizations that demand the most from their networks.

Syringa Networks has achieved CE 2.0 certification for both E-Line and E-Access services. "These certifications allow our customers to feel confident and secure in selecting Syringa Networks for their mission critical communications.  We operate with the certifications of the largest carriers but with the responsiveness of a local provider," said Greg Lowe, CEO, Syriga Networks.

The MEF is the global defining body for Carrier Ethernet and works to accelerate the worldwide adoption of Carrier-class Ethernet networks and services.
