The 2016 Annual Meeting will be a virtual meeting, conducted via a live webcast at http://ir.vonage.com.

Shareholders at the close of business on April 15, 2016 are entitled to attend the annual meeting and vote their shares. Shareholders will be able to attend the annual meeting, vote shares and submit questions electronically during the annual meeting. Guests will be able to attend the annual meeting electronically, but will not be able to vote or participate.
