Disaster Readiness for the Always-On Contact Center

LiveOps Cloud's leading partner and customer, Ronald Amelunge of Mitel (News - Alert), will outline lessons learned from the always-on reliability, scalability and security offered by the cloud for a new approach to its disaster readiness plans.
