Teleperformance Announces Appointment of Leigh P. Ryan, Esq. as Worldwide Chief Legal Officer and Worldwide Chief Compliance Officer

Teleperformance (News - Alert) (Paris:RCF), the worldwide leader in outsourced multichannel customer experience management, today announced that Leigh P. Ryan, Esq. has been appointed Worldwide Chief Legal Officer and Worldwide Chief Compliance Officer. The appointment is effective immediately. Leigh will be responsible for ultimate management of all legal work done internally and through outside counsel, and ultimate management of Teleperformance Group's compliance, data security and privacy policies. Leigh will oversee legal matters and compliance in all jurisdictions in which Teleperformance operates and will be involved in negotiations for major client contracts.

Prior to joining Teleperformance, Leigh was a partner with Paul Hastings (News - Alert) LLP, an international law firm with 20 offices in the United States, Europe and Asia. She has over 35 years of experience at Paul Hastings in corporate finance transactions, securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. She has been outside counsel to Teleperformance for over 20 years, including advising on the formation of TPUSA in 1993, on numerous acquisitions in the US, Mexico and Colombia, and on general corporate matters. Leigh is a member of the New York and California Bars. She holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Pomona College in Claremont, California, and a Juris Doctorate degree in Law from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C.
