Centrify Strengthens its Board with the Appointment of Two New Members


Centrify, the leader in securing enterprise identities against cyberthreats, today announced that Brian NeSmith and Christy Wyatt have been appointed as board members. Both executives bring more than two decades of tech-sector leadership to the Centrify team, with NeSmith having held leadership roles at Blue Coat Systems and Ipsilon, and with Wyatt having served at Good Technology (News - Alert) and Motorola.

NeSmith is the current president and CEO of Arctic Wolf Networks, a provider of managed Security Information and Event Management (SEIM) services. He is also the former CEO of Blue Coat Systems (formerly CacheFlow), where he presided over the company's IPO and increased company revenues from $10 million per year to more than $500 million per year as the industry's leading web proxy platform. NeSmith also has served as CEO of Ipsilon Networks, leading the company acquisition into Nokia (News - Alert) to become the leading appliance platform for Check Point firewalls. His career includes product management and marketing at Newbridge Networks and general management of the ayer 3 Switched Routing business unit.



Prior to Centrify, Wyatt was the chairman, president and chief executive officer of Good Technology. Under Christy's leadership between 2013-2015, the company increased its application activations by more than 3x, nearly doubled annual revenue to 230M, transitioned from a perpetual licensing model to a SaaS (News - Alert) based business and introduced new cloud-based offerings. Good was acquired by Blackberry on Oct 29, 2015. Prior to Good Technology, Wyatt was responsible for global mobile and digital technology for Citigroup. Wyatt also led software for Motorola, including the move to Android (News - Alert), and built Motorola's enterprise mobility business to almost $1 billion prior to Motorola's acquisition by Google. Ms Wyatt has also held roles at Apple (News - Alert), Palm and Sun Microsystems.
